Gannon Mahaffay began his pest control career in 1996, and he's spent nearly 30 years on every side of the business: in the field, in the sales territory, and in the owner's chair. That's what makes his coaching different. He's not teaching theory. He's teaching what he's lived.
Gannon knows that growth starts with sales. He learned early on how to walk into a pest control company cold, earn the owner's trust, and turn that relationship into a long-term account. Building a territory taught him that the best salespeople are problem-solvers first, and that same mindset shapes how he coaches teams to win more business without discounting their way there.
